Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Flight Cancellations

Cancellation rules and refund eligibility depend entirely on the fare rules set by the airline for the specific ticket purchased. Some promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

If your ticket is eligible for a refund, you must request it prior to the departure date. Once requested, the refund will be processed by the airline. Please note that airline refunds may take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Agency Fees

World Travels reserves the right to charge a standard cancellation or modification service fee in addition to any penalties imposed by the airline.

4. No-Shows

If you fail to board your flight (No-Show), the ticket may lose its value entirely, and no refunds will be permitted. Please notify us immediately if you cannot travel.
